The first album by The Hirundu started out as a compilation of recordings done by Karl Crewdson (Electrobebop/And Now For A Word From Clive/Cut It Out/Not This Record) and an impromptu recording session with Warwick Durnian, Spencer Reynolds, (on guitar) and John Crewdson with Karl Crewdson operating a drum machine, (Lets Play Something Different Now / A Great New Sound We Discovered).Afterword by Alison was a sample taken from the 1985 John Hughes film The Breakfast Club. All the other tracks where composed by John Crewdson. This album was released on the 14th April 1989 at the same time as It's Reefer Time Kids!
